{"id":18057,"date":"2022-04-11T16:17:49","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T16:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.csttropea.it\/?p=18057"},"modified":"2026-01-27T11:19:22","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T11:19:22","slug":"trekking-in-calabria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.csttropea.it\/en\/tours-excursions\/trekking-in-calabria\/","title":{"rendered":"Trekking in Sila"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Trekking in the beautiful Sila territory can be practised in all seasons, allowing those who participate to discover the beauties it offers us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The marvellous scenery presented to visitors varies according to the season chosen for this evocative excursion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">From the spring blossoms to the exciting winter snowshoeing, discovering the suggestive Sila landscape dressed in white, passing through the splendid excursions on the peaks in summer and the colours of the foliage, the scent of mushrooms, during our autumn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The excursions have different degrees of difficulty and allow anyone (from 8 years old and up) to discover the beauties of the Sila National Park.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">The first type of excursion is on a tourist level of difficulty and covers a distance of around 7 km with a difference in height of no more than 250 m and a duration of around three hours.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">The second type of hike is more difficult, since the distance and height difference increase, as does the duration (about 4.5 hours), but it is still a relaxing and regenerating hike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The hiker can always count on guides who know the Silan territory inside out.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trekking in the beautiful Sila territory can be practised in all seasons, allowing those who participate to discover the beauties it offers us.
